    @JOHN-R0 Apologies for the late reply, our notifications were bollixed and this is the first I've seen your message. The answer is, employee phone numbers have to be labeled "cell" or "mobile" (capitalization is ignored) to show up on the text message screen. This is to avoid sending to landlines and getting undelivered messages.
