  Many customers use ControlBoard’s built-in SMS capabilities to communicate with the field to ensure that scheduled resources show up when and where they should. We’ve heard from a number of you who were not aware that this is built into ControlBoard.

  Here's how you can send a mass text of the work schedule to all employees and other resources with just a few clicks from the scheduling screens:

  How To Resolve Conflicts

  In this video, I will show you how to resolve conflicts in the Control Board. Conflicts occur when a resource is scheduled for multiple jobs at the same time. I will demonstrate how to allocate resources to different crews, adjust labor hours, and resolve conflicts using the conflict resolver icon. By the end of the video, you will know how to ensure efficient scheduling and avoid overlapping time slots. No action is required from you, but I encourage you to watch the video to learn these valuable techniques.
