My co-worker sees the report rendered in ControlBoard.

He uses Chrome. When I try, this is what I see:

    What can I do?

In Chrome you can choose whether PDF files (reports usually pdf files) like so:

    1. Open the Chrome menu by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Open the Privacy and security menu.
    4. Select Site Settings.
    5. Scroll down and click Additional content settings.
    6. Click PDF documents.
    7. Select "Open PDFs in Chrome"

You can do the same thing in Firefox:

    1. Open the Firefox menu by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Scroll down to Applications and set Portable Document Format (PDF) to "Open in Firefox"

Other browsers will have different places to set this. Feel free to post how-to's in the comments.
