    Many customers use ControlBoard’s built-in SMS capabilities to communicate with the field to ensure that scheduled resources show up when and where they should. We’ve heard from a number of you who were not aware that this is built into ControlBoard.

    Here's how you can send a mass text of the work schedule to all employees and other resources with just a few clicks from the scheduling screens:

    I have about 10 employees whose numbers are in their profile. It will not transfer when I go to text message. Why is this?

    I have some employees that sporadically will not receive they're dispatch text messages even though it shows received with a blue check in the text messaging screen. what could be the cause? its beginning to create quite the issue with people going to the wrong jobs.

    @JOHN-R0 Apologies for the late reply, our notifications were bollixed and this is the first I've seen your message. The answer is, employee phone numbers have to be labeled "cell" or "mobile" (capitalization is ignored) to show up on the text message screen. This is to avoid sending to landlines and getting undelivered messages.
