Every ControlBoard® customer gets an SMS text number for communicating with field personal (without the need to pay for mobile license).

Many customers use ControlBoard’s built-in SMS capabilities to communicate with the field to ensure that scheduled resources show up when and where they should. We’ve heard from a number of you who were not aware that this is built into ControlBoard.

Here's how you can send a mass text of the work schedule to all employees and other resources with just a few clicks from the scheduling screens:
