New Users - Text Messaging

I've been adding new employees to the system, but their phone numbers are not pulling into the text messaging features. Please advise and thank you for your assistance.

In order to text message employees and other resources within ControlBoard® you have to label their phone numbers either "Cell" or "Mobile" (or "cell" or "mobile") as in the attached screenshot:
